Pinterest for Government Contracting?

UPDATE:  I was searching Pinterest and discovered an article on GSA approving the terms of service for agencies to use the site.  See the article here.

I was reading a “personal branding” book on my Kindle so I could figure out how to better engage my readers in this blog.  Then I came to a call to action related to social media in general.

In 2011 Pinterest became the fastest growing social network site ever and it’s still growing rapidly. If you have not yet signed up, do so now. The key point here is to create top notch content that serves consumer/readers need without wasting their precious time.

So, I did it.  If you haven’t been on Pinterest, good luck.  I am still learning the ropes, but luckily my wife has been getting craft project ideas from there for months.  I realize I am a couple years behind on the site, but it seems like GovCon is not a big deal there.  Maybe I can make some in-roads.  Do you have a government contracts and/or compliance board?  Let me know about it, and while you are out there, come visit my: GovCon Board
