NOTE: I am taking a short break from the serious side of this blog and visiting the humorous nature that I just can’t help sometimes. I promised a lighter feeling to these posts and realized I haven’t done that lately. (Sorry). Please don’t make a run on food and water because of what I say here… :-) Besides, it is good to get a little chuckle now and then.
I realized this morning that I have been ignoring my doomsday calendar. There on my wall in black and white is the Mayan calendar in all its glory ending on December 21, 2012. Hmm… I started to think about it for a while. Perhaps that is what the government really doesn’t want us to know. As fiscal cliff negotiations stall and restart, perhaps they all know that the prophecy is true and they don’t really have to worry about it anyway, right? :-)
I digress. This stuff is really getting serious and I should probably be a little more serious about it. Tax hikes, spending cuts, cats and dogs in love… who knows what happens at the end of the year, if we make it there…
Next time – How to Prepare for 2013 (if it happens).
